Intelligent management

of radio stations playlist

Playlist Manager is a software application designed for the management of the radio station’s music playlist. It implements rotational algorithms for the music tracks and complex reports required by the program manager of the station for the optimum management of the musical content. Once the musical recipe is developed and set in the software, the Playlist Manager automatically generates the most appropriate sequence of songs and jingles available in the database in accordance with the created restrictions.

  • Allows the definition of multiple active seasons with different musical characteristics;
  • Has specialized interfaces for the addition of tracks (with configurable cataloging criteria), jingles and other type of materials;
  • Implements the so-called “aging” procedure of the tracks in the database, defining special rotational mechanisms for the associated tracks;
  • User-friendly system for the definition of the radio station’s format clock;
  • Allows the flexible definition of restrictions on the repetition of certain musical genres, names of songs, artists or any other criterion related to songs;
  • Has a specialized interface for the update / modification of the generated playlist;
  • Advanced reporting system;
  • Is natively interfaced with the Studio Q broadcasting software.
