Maintenance and update subscription

The Q applications can be updated by purchasing the annual updates or by concluding a maintenance subscription. With this subscription the customers will always have the latest version of the Q products, as well as free access to the 24/7 phone support service.

Any issues arising from the use of the Q products can be solved by sending the SUPPORT Center a description of the context in which the error occurred. The engineers who designed the applications will solve the reported problems in the shortest time possible.
